AHC prides it self on the quality and timely submission of the NRAS compliance each year.
Once the NRAS year has ended on the 30th April each year, AHC and all other NRAS participants have two month to have all of the NRAS compliance documentation submitted to the Department of Social Services for review by the 30th June. The compliance is then reviewed by the Department on a first come, first served basis so the quicker we have the compliance submitted the quicker it will be reviewed and the quicker the payments will be issued.
Each year there are a number of properties that have some minor issues with the documentation that is submitted to the Department, such as files becoming corrupt when being uploaded, and the Department also conducts a spot audit checks on a certain number of properties each year, therefore some payments may be delayed for these reason.
In the below table you will find some critical data regarding our claim submission performance over the past few year. The date compliance submitted is the date in which we have provided the department with all of the required information for all properties that we manage, and have advised the Department that all properties are ready for review. The First paid date is the date in which the first lot of certificates were issued to the investors by AHC. The First Paid % field shows how many of our investors received their incentive payment on the first paid date. The Last payment date is that date in which the very last investor received their certificate,. The total % paid for the year field shows how many of our properties received a payment for the year, discounting any known compliance issues.
Please note that this data only represents the date in which the Federal Tax Offset Certificates are issued by the Department and AHC and not the state payment contribution, as these payments usually flow through a few weeks to a month after the certificates are issued.
